I haven't been very good at posting the last few special coffee beans. But We just finished off a Colombia Antioquia Supremo that was so excellent I will reorder it. The week after that we had Kenya AA Nyeri, after that an Ethiopia Limu, and after that a Costa Rica Naranjo Caracol. Coming up next:Posted by Administrator

Peaberry coffees are the mutant X-Men of coffee beans. Normally a coffee cherry contains two beans. A coffee cherry with only one bean is called a peaberry. They have a smaller rounder size and their flavor is more robust and acidic.Posted by Administrator
This week's special coffee:
Kenya Muranga - Kianderi Peaberry
is aromatically floral with a mild scent of vanilla and sweet cereal. It is also has unabashedly bright lemony high notes.

I'll roast and have the next off-the-menu siphon coffee by Monday.Posted by Administrator
The last couple roasts sold out sooner than I anticipated which is a good thing, but I'm thinking to make Mondays the new coffee days.
